Technology has significantly changed the way of study, Technology adopted by the educational institutional, teachers are also use technology in their teaching style. During COVID, when we all were in our home. We had observed boom in the edtech industry. So many company and organisation were becoming multi billion dollar organizations in the edtech industry. We can also say that the use of technology in education was introduced in the COVID period. Offiline classes were not operational, Schools are shutdown, and Institutions are not open. The only method which were convenient for teaching is technology, e. i online classes, online assignments. Because of technology students were enjoying studying at their comfortable home places. Teachers were doing their duty and task from their home only.


Features of Technology in Education


1. Cost Effective for the Educational Institutions: Online learning can save so many type of cost, includes your infrastructure cost, which is used for offline classes.

2. Convenient: Technology makes education convenient. Anyone can access their classes from anywhere.

3. Student Engagement: Technology helps to make studying more enjoyable and fun. Multiple videos and creatives is used, so that students feel more engaging and productive.

4. Clarity of concept: Multimedia graphics and creative videos helps students to become clear about the concept.


As per the above points, we can conclude that technology has significantly changed the way of teaching and studying.  Help both students and teachers. But using technology so much in education is not always fruitful. Because technology comes with challenges as well. Technology can decrease the creative thinking of students. Affect their eyesight, and also decrease attention rate, which leads loss of focus.


So, come to the conclusion, technology in education make eduction more joyful, but on the other hand it also effects students physiology, focus and creative thinking.

Using technology in education should be measurable, so that excessive use of technology is avoided.
